1. Overview
Our marketplace connects customers with independent artists and creators. Each vendor manages their own orders and shipping.
Under UK law, customers have the right to return most goods purchased online within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days to provide additional flexibility.
If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may be unable to offer a refund or exchange unless required by law.
2. Responsibility for Returns

The vendor who shipped the product is responsible for handling returns, inspections, and replacement items.

The marketplace acts solely as an intermediary, facilitating communication and payment processing on behalf of the vendor.

Refunds are processed through our platform to ensure secure and traceable transactions.
3. How to Start a Return
All returns must be initiated via your customer account on our website:

Log in to My Account → Orders.

Select the order and click “Request Return”.

Choose the reason for return and submit your request.

Both the vendor and marketplace admin will receive a notification.
You’ll receive instructions, including the correct return address (provided by the vendor).
Do not return items to the marketplace address unless specifically instructed.
4. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:

Custom, personalised, or commissioned artworks

Digital downloads (music, software, e-books, etc.) once delivery has begun

Gift cards or vouchers

Perishable or hygienic goods (e.g., food, cosmetics, personal-care items)
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Items showing signs of use or damage not caused by delivery

Missing components or packaging

Returns requested after 30 days but within 60 days (subject to vendor approval)
6. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified by email.
If approved:

The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days.
If your request is declined, you will be informed with the reason and offered further assistance.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank or card account again.

Contact your card issuer—it may take time before the refund appears.

8. Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded unless required by law.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable unless defective or not as described.
9. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items.
To arrange an exchange, request a return via your My Account page and note that you wish to exchange the product.
10. Shipping Returns

You must return the item to the vendor’s specified address.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

For high-value items, we recommend using a tracked or insured service, as the marketplace cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
11. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the vendor receives your return.
If the order was sent to the purchaser first, the refund will go to the purchaser.
12. UK Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
